Created in Austin, Texas during the pandemic, MORNING STAR invokes the visual language of illusions—spirals, radiance, and rupture. These black-and-white prints suggest both cosmic navigation and perceptual disorientation, where nature, vision, and loss converge. The work reflects on instability and fracture, turning optical play into a meditation on altered states and survival.
